Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: 16 March 2026

1. Our Commitment

VroomVroom is committed to making our public and authenticated web experience easier to use for as many people as possible. We design and review our product with accessibility, keyboard use, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and clear interaction states in mind.

Accessibility is an ongoing product discipline rather than a one-off checklist. As the platform evolves, we continue to review user journeys, legal content, navigation, and product flows for practical usability improvements.

2. Current Support Approach

We aim to support modern browsers including Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, across desktop and mobile devices. Our current approach includes semantic headings, visible legal navigation, responsive layouts, and ongoing automated route and UI verification for public surfaces.

We also review new design and content changes against performance and accessibility expectations before they are promoted more broadly. Where we identify issues, we prioritize fixes that remove user friction rather than cosmetic-only changes.

3. Known Limitations and Ongoing Improvements

We are actively improving some parts of the current experience. Recent reviews identified layout stability and public-page landmark consistency as areas that still need additional work. We are also using current audits to guide improvements to keyboard navigation, content structure, and public legal documentation.

Because VroomVroom is still evolving, some flows may change before every improvement has been fully rolled out. When that happens, we treat accessibility issues as product bugs and feed them back into our roadmap and verification process.

4. Feedback and Assistance

If you find an accessibility barrier, need help using a feature, or want to report content that is difficult to access, please contact us. Include the page URL, the device or browser you were using, and a short description of the issue so we can reproduce it quickly.

5. Response Target

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to keep you informed on the next step, whether that is a fix, workaround, clarification, or planned roadmap item.

6. Review Cadence

This statement will be reviewed as public surfaces, legal content, and major user journeys change. Material updates to our approach or contact details will be reflected on this page.
